At Perma Clinic, I provide professional, experienced microbladed brow treatments in Berkshire and nearby areas. My hairstroke and microblading brow procedures start with a consultation at my studio in Berkshire. This session is a great opportunity to ask any questions about the treatment and aftercare.

The microbladed brow technique utilizes a nano blade to create natural hair-like strokes, resulting in a more long-lasting and authentic brow appearance. To enhance definition and blend areas with sparse natural hair, additional shading can be incorporated. You can choose a soft, subtle look or opt for a slightly more defined, bolder style.

Please note that many of the photos of hairstroke and microbladed brows on our social media were taken shortly after the procedure—usually within about 10 minutes—so the colors may fade by approximately 25% in the first few weeks. Over time, the lines will soften, further contributing to a natural look.

Post-treatment, I recommend keeping your eyebrows dry for up to 48 hours if possible and minimizing touch contact to ensure proper healing.

Microblading is a semi-permanent brow treatment, meaning it won’t last forever — but that’s what makes it so beautifully natural and customizable.

On average, microblading lasts between 12 and 18 months before needing a refresh. However, the exact duration depends on several factors, including your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

🌿 Touch-Up Maintenance

To keep your brows looking fresh:

A perfecting session is done 6–8 weeks after your first treatment.
Then, plan a refresh session every 12–18 months, depending on your skin and preference.

Regular touch-ups keep your brows defined, natural, and perfectly shaped — always matching your evolving style.

🕊️ How Long Do Microbladed Brows Take to Heal?

The full healing process for microbladed brows typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, though most clients feel completely comfortable showing off their brows much sooner.

Here’s what to expect during each stage:

Days 1–3: Fresh & Defined

Your brows will appear darker and bolder right after your appointment — this is completely normal. The color will soften as your skin begins to heal.

Days 4–7: Light Flaking

The skin may start to flake lightly as it renews itself. Avoid picking or scratching, as this can pull out pigment and affect your final results.

Days 8–14: Softening Stage

Your brows may appear lighter or patchy during this phase — don’t worry! The pigment is still settling beneath the skin and will reappear more evenly once healing is complete.

Weeks 3–6: Final Result

Your true brow color and definition will emerge. At this stage, you’ll attend your touch-up appointment, where any small adjustments can be made for perfect results.

Keep the area clean and dry for the first 7 days.
Avoid saunas, swimming, and heavy exercise.
Apply the recommended healing ointment as directed by your artist.
Don’t apply makeup or skincare on the brows until fully healed.
